Crime rate in the country is expected to decrease during Sunday’s mega fight between Floyd Mayweahter and Manny Pacquiao.

On Sunday, the much-awaited fight is finally happening at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, Nevada.

According to PNP Spokesman Sr. Supt. Bartolome Tobias, the PNP expects that even though it wouldn’t be a zero crime-rate, the crime rate will decrease because even criminals will find time to watch the said fight.

There will be free viewing in assigned areas provided by local officials.

Tobias added that there will be free live-screening in the multi-purpose center of the PNP for police and their dependents inside Camp Crame.

In line with this, PNP OIC/Deputy Director Leonardo Espina said that the whole PNP supports Pacquiao in his fight against Mayweather.
