The driver of the Valisno bus responsible in the bloody road mishap on Wednesday, leaving four individuals dead and other injured was tested positive of illegal drugs.
Based on the result of the medico legal examination and drug testing of the Quezon City Police District against George Pacis, the driver was high on methamphetamine substance.
The methamphetamine is a substance use in making shabu.
According to the passengers of the said bus en route to San Jose De Monte City, Pacis was driving very fast and tried to overtake some vehicles along the road until it hit a concrete boundary marker of Caloocan and Quezon City.
Insp. Marlon Memang, Commander of the QCPD Traffic Sector 2 said that they are now preparing multiple cases against Pacis, including reckless imprudence resulting to multiple homicide, multiple physical injuries, damage to property and abandoning his victims.
Pacis was also allegedly racing with the other vehicles as he was being tease by other drivers that he drives slow . (with DZRH Chris Capulso)
