20 members of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) who underwent extensive training of creating and detonating bombs were reportedly sent to Luzon.
The said young members of the BIFF were ordered to spread terrorism and bomb targets, including embassies and transport terminals.
According to the report, the 20 suspected bombers are on a test mission led by Abdul Basit Usman, former leader of the special group of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front.
Uman is said to have trained by the Jemaah Islamiyah, a terror group linked to Al-Qaeda.
The alleged target of the group are malls, bus terminals, Light and Metro Rail Transits, transmission lines and foreign embassies. (Malou R. Cabral)
