The Manila South Cemetery is aiming to install free Wi-Fi within its entire graveyard for the 2018 Undas.
According to Engineer Maribel Bueza, administrator of the cemetery, they are planning to install free Wi-Fi in order to properly accommodate their visitors and give them the opportunity to call their loved ones abroad.
Bueza added that they will also be installing additional CCTVs in the cemetery to ensure their visitors’ safety.
Meanwhile, despite the rainy weather yesterday, thousands of people still flooded the cemeteries to offer their tokens and prayers to their deceased loved ones.
According to authorities, at least 900,000 people visited the Manila North Cemetery from Tuesday until Wednesday.
