A lawmaker insists that political differences should be put aside as the Philippines hosts the Association of South East Asian Nations summit.
Senator Panfilo ‘Ping’ Lacson said that critics should refrain from doing personal attacks against the President, though they are still allowed to express their displeasure.
Sen. Lacson also asked cynics of Duterte to cooperate and support the Administration during the height of the 30th ASEAN Summit.
Meanwhile, allies of Duterte already denounced the case filed against the President at the International Criminal Court.
According to them, the complaint intends to embarrass Pres. Duterte, while the government is occupied with the ASEAN Summit.
