Raisins are good for you.

Aside from using it to put an umph in your bland oatmeal, who would’ve thought that raisins can actually help you lower you high blood pressure?

Based on study made by the Louisville Metabolic and Atheroscerosis Research Center in the US, eating raisins three times a day can help lower your blood pressure.

According to the study, raisins have high content of Potassium, Polyphenols, and Phenolic Acid that helps in achieving lower blood pressure.

They’re also good for people suffering from heart ailments, and with high cholesterol.

But that’s not all.

Eating raisins can help lower your sugar level because it has fiber and anti-oxidants that can control the increase of sugar level in your system.
