Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said on Monday that President Rodrigo Duterte’s second State of the Nation Address (SONA) would be a longer and a more meaningful speech.
Sec. Andara explained that the president’s second SONA would be revolving on the theme “a comfortable life for all”.
It is expected that the speech would contain the presidents accomplishments for 2016, a detailed outline of his plans for the next five years, and the results of the governments war against illegal drugs and criminality.
Sec. Andara also pointed out that the SONA might stray than its expected time to end because the president is well known for his improvisation and refusal to stay on script.
The Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) will be hiring on-screen sign language interpreter and multilingual interpreters to cater to all Filipinos nationwide.
