President Rodrigo Duterte finally made it to Marawi City.
The President arrived in Marawi after two failed attempts, to visit the military troops that are currently in the offensives against the Maute Terror Group.
President Duterte handed out food packs and financial help to soldiers who are currently in the line of duty.
The President was given a security briefing by Armed Forces of the Philippines officials regarding the on-going clearing operations in Marawi City as we enter the 58th day of the Marawi Siege.
President Digong was accompanied by Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, AFP Chief of Staff Gen. Eduardo Ano, National Security Adviser Sec. Hermogenes Esperon Jr., and other military officials.
