On Wednesday, users of the Instagram app were unable to access the said application both for mobile phones and on the website.

Several Instagram users have taken to Twitter and other social media platforms to vent their frustration with the photo and video-sharing app. Users were complaining that the app didn’t appear to be working as reports are coming in of the app being down for about 30 minutes at the time of writing.

The photo-sharing app is experiencing widespread server issues, causing the app to crash.

Facebook and Instagram were not immediately available to comment.
