Will it be a back to back win for the Philippines?
It may be too early to say but the country is one step ahead in taking home another title as one of Philippines’ bet for Asia’s Next Top Model Cycle 6, Adela Mae Marshall made sure to snatch a post in the top three of the competition.
In her Instagram post, Adela shared the big news saying, “Masaya ako na, sa wakas ay masasabi ko sa inyo’ng lahat na nagawa kong dalhin ang ati’ng magandang bansa sa Top 3 of #AsNTM6.”
The 20-year-old Filipina-British model emphasized in her post her determination to take a back to back win for the country following the footsteps of Maureen Wroblewitz who won Asia’s Next Top Model in Cycle 5 last year. Adela succeeded in winning one Best Photo of the Week and has been a consistently strong contender throughout the competition.

Meanwhile, the country’s other representative, Jachin Manere failed to take her luck in the competition as she was officially eliminated after the sixth episode’s supermarket photo shoot. Manere sank to the bottom in the ranking of the best photo of the week.
Joining Adela in the top three are Dana Slosar of Thailand and Mia Sabathy of Taiwan.
