The Public Attorney’s Office insists that 17-year old Kian Delos Santos was deliberately killed during a drug operation in Caloocan City.

According to PAO Chief Attorney Persida Rueda-Acosta, based on the autopsy report, the trajectory of the bullets indicates that Kian was intentionally killed.

The trajectory of the bullets shows that the victim was kneeling while the police were standing when the shots were fired.

The gunshot wounds found in the body of Kian also imply that the police have no plans for the victim to survive.

Atty. Acosta also questions why the police dragged Kian to a secluded place rather than handcuffing the victim and bringing him to the precinct.

Atty. Acosta further accused the police of lying when they said that Kian was included in the list of drug addicts in Barangay 160, Caloocan.

Atty. Acosta promised that they will reveal the truth and, if its proven that there were abuses, charges will be filed against the three Caloocan police.
