Malacanang was quick to shrug off the latest threat from Vice President Jejomar Binay’s camp that they will reveal new graft allegations against the Aquino administration.

This was Presidential Spokesperson Sec. Edwin Lacierda’s response after Atty. Rico Quicho, spokesman of Vice President Binay, said that the administration should watch their backs when they challenged the opposition to “bring it on.”

According to Secretary Lacierda, the administration’s defense is the truth, contrary to all the lies coming from the camp of the Opposition.

In line with this, PCOO Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. was unfazed when he stated that the Binay camp will not find any dirt from the Aquino administration because it has always remained open and transparent with all its transactions.

Lacierda added that Malacanang is confident that the public knows that the President continues to push for the country’s growth under his “tuwid na daan” programs.
