Filipino boxing Sen. Manny Pacquiao has signed an exclusive agreement with American promoter – manager Al Haymon of  Premier Boxing Champions (PBC).

In a statement, Pacquiao said that his team will work closely with Haymon for the remainder of his career. The Filipino boxing champion also promised to deliver the ‘most anticipated fights with the top PBC fighters’.

Via the said agreement, The MP Promotions of Pacquiao will promote the future bouts of the 39-year old boxer in alliance with Haymon.

The promotion company of Pacquiao will also work with the American promoter – manager to bring the best Filipino and Asian fighters to the United States of America thru the PBC series.

I’m very excited about this new chapter in my career and I’m looking forward to a fresh start. I’m reinvigorated by the prospects of bringing up new fighters under the MP Promotions banner,” Pacquiao said in a statement posted in the website of PBC.

“My team will work closely with Al Haymon for the remainder of my career to deliver the most anticipated fights with the top PBC fighters. Those are the fights the fans want to see and the ones I want to have to close out my career.” Pacquiao added.

For 14 years, Pacquiao has been contracted with the Top Rank Boxing of Bob Arum. However, the Filipino fighter ended his ties with the American promotion company earlier this year.

Pacquiao, who currently holds the WBA welterweight belt, is expected to have his first fight under the BPC in his announced title-defense against American boxer Adrien Broner set on January in the USA.
