Pacquiao arrives in Australia for Battle of Brisbane

Senator Manny Pacquiao has arrived in Brisbane, Australia for his fight against Australian boxer Jeff Horn this upcoming July 2.

The Pambansang Kamao was joined by his trainer Freddie Roach, conditioning coach Justin Fortune, Sparring Partner George Kambosos Jr., and other members of his entourage, which according to his spokesperson is about 160.

According to reports, Pacquiao said that his training went well, and that he is excited to give boxing fans a great fight.

The renowned boxer –turned- Senator denied the reports that he lacked training, and explained that it cannot be avoided that there have been frequent visitors during his training camp.

The People’s Champ will be defending his WBO Welterweight Title from the 29-year old Horn.

Pacquiao won the Welterweight belt from his fight against Jessie Vargas last November, 2016.
