Oil prices go down

Local oil companies announced a rollback in the price of their gasoline, diesel, and kerosene.

Caltex Philippines will enforce a Php 0.55 per liter rollback on gasoline products while the cost of diesel will go down by Php 1.10 per liter and kerosene will drop by Php 1.30 per liter at 12:01AM on Tuesday, August 13.

Meanwhile, Phoenix Petroleum Philippines implemented a similar rollback on diesel and a Php 0.50 decrease in the price of their gasoline products on Friday, August 10.

SeaOil Philippines also enforced the same price rollbacks, Php 1.10 per liter on diesel, Php 1.30 per liter on kerosene, and Php 0.50 per liter on gasoline, at 6:00AM on Sunday, August 11.

Cleanfuel said that they will also decrease the prices of their gasoline by Php 0.50 per liter and of their diesel by Php 1.10 per liter.

Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp., and Petro Gazz will also reduce the prices of their gasoline by Php 0.50 per liter, of their diesel by Php 1.10 per liter, and of their kerosene by Php 1.30 per liter.

Other oil companies are expected to follow suit and announce price rollbacks
