Northport Batang Pier will be missing the services of their known guard Stanley Pringle when they resume their campaign in the PBA Philippine Cup on Wednesday, Feb. 27, against the Phoenx Pulse Fuel Masters at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Cubao.

The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) has imposed a one-game suspension against Pringle for the in-game fight during the tune-up game between Batang Pier and Columbian Dyip on Feb. 19.

The reigning PBA scoring champion was also fined Php 75,000 for hitting Dyip’s Jay-R Reyes during the scuffle.

Northport has a record of two wins and two losses before the PBA went into a two-week break to give way for Gilas Pilipinas’ campaign in the final window of the 2019 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers.
