Newly appointed CALABARZON Chief Supt. Guillermo Eleazar warned cops in his jurisdiction that he will often conduct surprise inspections.
During his speech at the turnover ceremony in Camp Vicente Lim in Laguna, Eleazar said that one of his first plans is to launch multiple surprise visits in precincts in order to instill discipline among the cops assigned in the said area.
With Police Chief Dir. Gen. Oscar Albayalde’s wish to discipline the whole of PNP, Eleazar said that he will focus on internal cleansing.
Eleazar added that he will continue conducting re-orientation and retraining with his men, and running after police scalawags.
Eleazar is the former director of the Quezon City Police District. He will be taking over as the head of the CALABARZON Police Regional Office after Chief Supt. Ma. O Aplasca was assigned as head of the Directorate for Operations in Camp Crame. A position vacated by Director Camilo Pacratius.
