The entire Caloocan City police forceĀ has been relieved of their duties as ordered by the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).

NCRPO Chief Oscar Albayalde announced on Friday that the Caloocan police will be undergoing retraining following the consecutive teenage killings that plague the city.

17-year-old Kian Loyd Delos Santos and 19-year-old Carl Angelo Arnaiz were allegedly killed in the hands of Caloocan City policemen last month.

Investigation on the teenage killings is still ongoing.
