Abusive traffic enforcers in Manila City’s days are numbered.

The newly appointed chief of Traffic and Parking Bureau of Manila has a stern warning against so-called ‘kotong cops.’

Benjamin Feliciano, Jr. announced that before accepting the said position, he already monitored the areas in Manila where bribery to traffic enforcers exists.

The new head of MTPB said that in order for abusive traffic personnel to be caught in the act, all Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) should undergo examination to ensure that the said facility functions well.
