Malacanang refused to comment on the Senate’s report regarding the Mamasapano massacre.

PCOO Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. made the statement after Senator Grace Poe insisted during the Committee report of the Senate Committee on Public Order that President Benigno Aquino III has responsibility in the Mamasapano operation which led to the death of the 44 PNP-SAF members.

According to Coloma, they have yet to receive the said report from the Senate.

However, Malacanang respects whatever recommendation or decision the Senate has on the said investigation.

Prior to this, the President already claimed responsibility in the Mamasapano operation.
