The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board has suspended the operations of Partas Bus for its involvement in a traffic accident in Agoo, La Union that led to the death of 20 people.

According to LTFRB Board member Atty. Aileen Lizada, starting Dec. 27, the seven units of Partas Bus can no longer operate.

The preventive suspension order is due to the failure of Partas Bus to present the video card of the dashboard camera that holds the video of the tragic accident.

The bus company only sent a CCTV footage of the said accident.

The LTFRB also ordered Partas Bus to surrender the yellow plates of their seven units that travel to Pagudpod, Ilocos Norte – Sampaloc, and Manila.
