South Korean actress and soloist IU, whose real name Lee Ji Eun, is coming to Manila on December 13 for her concert tour “Love, Poem” at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City!

And the ticket details for her Manila leg tour have just been dropped by PULP LIVE World on Sunday.

Ticket selling will start on November 17

Earlier, PULP said that  IU’s concert is considered as one of the longest concerts in Kpop as it can last to almost four hours.

IU was set to release her new album on November 1, but just over the weekend, considered as South Korea’s “Little Sister”, the singer said in a statement that she will be postponing its release.

IU herself penned a letter to her Uaenas saying that the November 1 release of Love Poem would be pushed back even further.

Here is the copy of her letter as published by Korean media outlet Koreaboo:

Hello UAENA! The weather gotten cold, hasn’t it? How are you all? I hope that you don’t catch a cold and that you are doing well. I know I promised to post often on here, but here I am finally posting today. I usually like to write ordinary and somewhat dull posts on here, but today I am here to bring some unfortunate news for UAENA.

My new album Love Poem, which was initially supposed to release on November 1, will be postponed once again. There have been problems with the setlist and overall concept of the performance. But to be honest, I need some personal time.

Instead, I will be releasing my album’s last track, “Love Poem,” on November 1 for my fans. This song was supposed to release on October 28. This song is essential as it reveals the concept of this album and is what made this album and concert.

I sincerely apologize to all my fans that have been waiting patiently for new music. As a singer who produces their music and performances, I take full responsibility for the decision to postpone the release. I promise not to keep you waiting too long and create a concert that won’t disappoint! I am genuinely sorry and thank everyone for the support.

Debuted in 2008, IU has achieved national fame in South Korea through her 2010 single “Good Day,” which topped her home country’s Gaon Digital Chart for five consecutive weeks.

Aside from being one of the most established idols, the 26-year-old Hallyu star has also ventured into acting, starring in popular dramas such as “Dream High,” “The Producers,” “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo,” “My Mister,” and “Hotel del Luna”.
