Journeyman Rabeh Al-Hussaini hopes to strengthen the line-up of the win-less NLEX Road Warriors.
According to NLEX team official Ronald Dularte, the team needs big men as the injury of Enrico Villanueva has yet to heal. Bradwyn Guinto and Fonzo Gotladera will also miss some games due to playing for the Philippine National Basketball team.
NLEX got Al-Hussaini through a trade agreement between three PBA teams: NLEX, Blackwater Elite, and Meralco Bolts. Mahindra first took the 6 foot 7 basketball player from Meralco. The Road Warriors then took the Filipino Journeyman from the Elite.
Dularte hopes that Al-Hussaini’s history with Coach Yeng Guiao will help the journeyman in adjusting with the Road Warriors.
NLEX has remained winless in their past three games in the continuing 2017 PBA Comissioner’s Cup.
