Mikee Cojuango-Jaworski will arrive today after a successful mission at the 125th International Olympic Committee Session in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The 39-year-old Olympian was voted as one of the members of the International Olympic Committee.
Of the total of 97 votes, the daughter-in-law of PBA legend and former senator Robert Jaworski garnered 79 votes.
According to the Philippine Sports Commission, Jaworski’s winning one of the seats in the IOC is a huge success for Philippine sports.
