I bet y’all didn’t see this coming! James Reid and Nancy of K-pop girl group Momoland will team up for a new teleserye entitled “The Soulmate” to air in 2020.
On Friday, both James and Nancy attended the story conference of the new series which will be produced by Dreamscape and directed by Antoinette Jadaone, whom Reid and his girlfriend Nadine Lustre have previously worked with in hit shows like “On the Wings of Love,” “Till I Met You” and other movies.
The target release date for the ABS-CBN teleserye will be on January 2020.
The news of their new teleserye came after ABS-CBN and Momoland’s talent agency, MLD Entertainment,formally signed a multi-project contract.
Momoland is best known in the country for their hit “BBoom BBoom.”
They are set to perform today, October 5 for “Good Time with Good Friends in Manila 2019”, happening at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao.

Following the new of his new teleserye without his reel and real life girlfriend, Nadine, many fans are asking, is this the end of the phenomenal and sought-after JaDine?
The 26-year-old actor took his answer on social platform Twitter to clarify the issue of new loveteam.
“I’m honoured to be part of the new project ‘Soulmate’ on ABSCBN but please guys, no love team names. I’ve already got one #jadine,” the actor said in his post.
