One of the 36 high profile inmates inside the New Bilibid Prison tested positive of drug use after a random surprise drug test was conducted recently.
The Bureau of Corrections conducted the said drug test amid on-going investigation on the alleged riot that happened last Wednesday, which led to the death of Tony Co.
BuCor OIC Rolando Asuncion confirmed that Raymond Dominguez tested positive in his drug test.
Dominguez is the leader of a carnap and robbery syndicate under the wing of Co.
The random drug test was conducted at building 14 of the Maximum Security Compound of the NBP where Tony Co, Peter Co, Jaybee Sebastian, Vicente Sy and former Chief inspector Clarence Dongail are detained.
