Lawmakers from the Taiwan Parliament ended up in a ramble after a heated argument regarding the nuclear plant.

The members were in the middle of voting on the proposed structure of a nuclear plant near Taipei, but shouting ensued, and then people started throwing in bottles and plastic cups, until some of them ended in fistfights.

The vote concerned if they should go through a referendum with their desire to put a stop on the establishment of the nuclear plant.

The Democratic Party in Taiwan is against the Nuclear plant because of what happened in Japan a few years ago, but the Koumintang Party insisted that they will experience power crisis if they will put a stop to the construction of the said project.
