Filipino boxing champion Jerwin Ancajas will have his next title defense on September 14 in Fresno, California, United States of America.
International matchmaker Sean Gibbon confirmed the details of the next fight of Ancajas, and that his next opponent will be either Alejandro Santiago of Mexico or Miguel Gonzales of Chile.
This will be the sixth time that Ancajas will be defending his IBF super flyweight title, with two of the fights happening this 2018.
During his most recent title defense, Ancajas won by unanimous decision against fellow Filipino boxer Jonas Sultan in a fight that happend last May, also in Fresno.
Currently, Ancajas is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to watch the title bout between Filipino boxing Senator Manny Pacquiao and Argentinian boxing champion Lucas Matthyse, who currently holds the WBA regular welterweight title.
