After four hours of causing massive traffic in EDSA, bomb experts declared that the backpack that fell from the roof of a passenger bus is negative of any bomb explosives.

Around eight in the evening, authorities started scrutinizing the backpack that fell along EDSA extension, corner FB Harrison, Pasay.

According to Pasay City Police Chief Sn/Supt. Rodolfo Llorca, they saw some batteries and wires inside the said bag.

Also, Llorca clarified that they just want to make sure that everybody’s safe that’s why it took them awhile to probe on the bag.

However, the bomb squad and SWAT team arrived at the scene immediately.  They just had to wait for a more secured gadget, like an armor for the bomb expert before they approached the bag with an alleged bomb inside.

They used an xray to check the insides of the bag, and later found out that there are no traces of a bomb found inside the backpack.
