The Court has ordered the arrest of the estranged husband of a bank teller who was brutally killed in Angeles City, Pampanga last June.

Judge Gemma Theresa Hilario-Logronio of the Municipal Trial Court issued the warrant of arrest against Fidel Shieldon Arcenas.

The court made the order after the City Prosecution Office of Angeles presented a petition asking to cancel the four-year probation of the accused who was proven guilty for attempted murder in 2011.

Arcenas along with his girlfriend Angela Dychioco are both suspects in the killing of Tania Camille Dee who went missing for days before her body found buried in a shallow grave last June 28 at the back of Dychioco’s parentals’ home.

Dychioco said that she didn’t kill Dee, the suspect only asked her to help him entomb the body of the victim.
