The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) reminded candidates to submit their Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE).
According to Chairman Andres Bautista, the deadline for the submission is set on June 8.
Whether you won or lost the elections, Bautista said that all candidates are oblige to abide by the said order.
Bautista added that those who fail to submit their SOCE will be charged with Administrative and may be facing lifetime disqualification from holding any government position.
Under COMELEC Resolution 9991 Rule 13, the candidate who failed to submit its SOCE could face up to six years of imprisonment.
