Coach Freddie Roach has expressed his reservations in pitting World-Champion Senator Manny Pacquiao against unbeaten Light Welterweight Champion Terence Crawford.

According to reports, Roach said that the planned Pacquiao-Crawford bout will be a tough fight for the ‘Pambansang Kamao’

Even so, Roach admits that he wants the fight to happen, as he wants Pacquiao to fight the best and not just some nobodies.

Roach also compared Crawford to Floyd Mayweather who is known for defeating Pacquiao last 2015 in their controversial match called ‘Battle for Greatness.’

Talks about Pacquiao fighting Crawford became widespread after Top Rank Promotion CEO Bob Arum announced his support for the said match.
