Actor Cesar Montano’s camp vehemently denies all claims made by their client’s wife that she was “raped” during Mother’s Day.
According to Atty. Joel Ferrer, lawyer of Montano, there’s no truth to Sunshine Cruz’ allegations that she was raped and abused by their client.
Atty Ferrer confirmed however that Montano spent the night over at the house of Sunshine to celebrate Mother’s Day with their kids, but nothing of some sort happened.
Montano’s camp added that the children of the distraught couple chose to be with their dad rather than their mom, but Sunshine is allowed to visit the kids anytime she wishes to.
Prior to this, Cruz filed a complaint against Montano for violating RA 9262 or the Anti-Violence against Women and Children because she was allegedly abused and raped by Montano.
