Caloocan Police Chief Superintendent Jemar Modequillo admitted that it is still difficult to implement operations in the city since most of the police in the 1st and 2nd districts are new to the area.

C/Supt. Modequillo further revealed that the situation in Caloocan is still ambiguous since the new police have no background, even in investigations.

However, C/Supt. Modequillo┬áinsisted that, currently, it is important for the public to feel safe by spreading police to the city’s main roads.

National Capital Region Police Office General Oscar Albayalde has previously said that while the police are new, they should do their duties sincerely.
