Following the series of blasts in Quiapo, Manila, the Chief of Caloocan Police met with Imams or ‘Muslim leaders’ in Barangays 176 and 178.

S/Supt. Chito Bersaluna aimed to unite Muslims and Christians to prevent conflicts like the Quiapo incident that killed and injured some individuals.

Prior to this, Northern Police District (NPD) Director Roberto Fajardo expressed willingness to hear the side of ‘Leaders’ to immediately fix any conflict in the area.

It can be recalled that a ‘Twin Blasts’ hit Quiapo last Saturday night, leaving two individuals dead and six others wounded.

Based on initial investigation, authorities abolished the ‘terror attack’ claims.
