Gilas Pilipinas player Bobby Roy Parks will have to put his dream of playing to the NBA D-League after his name was dropped from the Westchester Knicks’ line-up.
Based on its social media post, the Westchester Knicks confirmed that Parks has been removed from their roster, along with two other players.
Parks was forced to take part in the 2016 NBA D-League draft after his former NBA D-League team, Texas Legends, removed him from their team.
During the 2016 NBA D-League draft, Parks was the last-pick of the Knicks.
Dane Miller and Gabe McCray were also removed from the Knicks’ line-up.
Meanwhile, Parks already issued his statement regarding this matter.
Via his Twitter account, Parks said that his critics should stop judging his determination from playing in the NBA.
Parks added that his critics do not know what happens behind closed doors, and with the business side of the NBA.
However, Parks remains mum on his future plans but thankful for his fans’ continued support on his endeavors.
