Kpop girl group BLACKPINK is setting new records with their latest single “How You Like That.”
Just last week, the music video for their pre-single won three titles from the Guinness World Records after it logged a whopping 86.3 million views within 24 hours of its release last Friday, according to the Guinness World Records website.
It was certified as the most viewed video, music video, and K-pop video on YouTube in 24 hours.
In a separate live premiere video, the song “How You Like That” achieved 1.66 million peaks, concurrent viewers, on the global video-sharing service. This also settled two more Guinness titles — the most viewers for the premiere of a video on YouTube and the most viewers for the premiere of a music video on YouTube.
Debuted in 2016 under YG Entertainment, Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa is set to launch their first studio album in September 2020 and have recorded more than ten songs for it.
