Former Bureau of Customs Commissioner and incoming Muntinlupa Rep. Rozzano Biazon has posted bail at the Sandiganbayan Anti-graft court.

Biazon paid his Php90,000 bail bond in exchange of his temporary freedom amid facing multiple cases in connection with his alleged misused of his Priority Development Assistance Fund in 2007.

The former Customs Commissioner is facing violation of the anti-graft and corrupt practices act, malversation and direct bribery, together with former Energy Regulatory Commission chairperson Zenaida Ducut and other officials of the Budget and Management and Technology Resources Center.

Prior to this, Biazon is being accused of accepting Php1.950 million kickback from the Philippine Social Foundation inc., allegedly connected to Pork Barrel Fund scam mastermind, Janet Lim-Napoles.
