Communications Asst. Sec. Mocha has once again skipped the House’s deliberations on their agency’s proposed 2019 budget.

ACT Teachers Partylist Rep. France Castro immediately asked for Uson at the start of the debate for the Php1.4 billion budget of PCOO.

Because Uson was a no-show, the lower house suspended their hearing on their agency’s budget.

According to PCOO Sec. Martin Andanar, they already wrote and reminded Uson that her presence is needed during the budget deliberation in the lower house, but it seemed that the latter continue to snub the said matter.

Andanar added that based on his information, Uson is on her way back from a trip abroad.  Uson is set to return to the Philippines tomorrow, but the agency is not aware on the exact time her flight will arrive.

Last week, Uson was also absent as the lower house was set to deliberate the PCOO budget.  The hearing was suspended as many lawmakers request the presence of Uson because they would want her to personally answer their queries regarding the many issues that she is involved in.
