Adamson removes Air Padda as head coach of its women’s volleyball team

Coach Airess Padda will no longer call the shots for the volleyball team of the Adamson Lady Falcons

The Adamson University on Friday, March 1, announced that former national team head coach and three-time Palarong Pambansa head coach Rogelio Getigan will replace Padda as head coach of the Lady Falcons’ volleyball team.

Padda, meanwhile, will remain in the coaching staff of the Lady Falcons.

The administration expresses its gratitude to coach Airess Padda for mentoring the team through two UAAP season. She will, however, be still part of the coaching staff,” Adamson University said in a statement in their social media accounts.

Getigan will concurrently serve as head coach for both Adamson’s woman’s and girl’s volleyball team.

Currently, the Lady Falcons, who finished fifth in the previous season, has dropped to a 0-3 win/loss record in the¬†UAAP Season 81 Women’s Volleyball tournament.
