3 dead from alleged food poisoning in Camarines Norte

Three kids died after allegedly eating a local delicacy ‘alamang’ in Parang, Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte.

The victims were identified as Jan Rome Gallon, 5; Princess Jessabel Gallon, 2; and Mark Jay Gallon.

Based on the Philippine National Police (PNP) initial investigation, the victims complained of abdominal pains and were vomiting after eating ‘alamang’ on Tuesday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region V Director Dennis Del Soccoro has also investigated the said incident.

Governor Edgardo Tallado has provided financial assistance to the family of the victims.
