Two former officials of the National Agribusiness Corporation have expressed their willingness to testify in the multi-billion peso Pork Barrel Fund scam.
Atty. Levito Baligod, legal counsel of whistleblower Benhur Luy confirmed the said news and identified the ex-NABCOR officials as Rhodora Mendoza and Victor Roman.
Mendoza and Roman are two of those other individuals that the Department of Justice charged with Plunder, Malversation of Public Funds and other cases at the Office of the Ombudsman in connection with the Pork Barrel Fund scam.
Baligod said that the two are ready to cooperate with former Technology Resource Center Deputy Director General Dennis Cunanan who was already accepted by the DOJ as a State witness.
Baligod is confident that the testimonies of Mendoza and Roman will be a big help in resolving the controversial Pork Barrel fund scam which includes high ranking officials in the government.
