VP Robredo on 2019 midterm polls result: “Be vigilant. The fight is not yet over”

Vice President Leni Robredo on Tuesday, May 14 said that the ‘fight is not yet over’ following the release of the partial unofficial votes during the 2019 midterm polls.

In a statement, Robredo addressed that the values and principles of every Filipino were tested throughout the campaign and the election day itself. She then proceeded on reminding Filipinos to remain vigilant especially on the last few hours of the vote counting.

“Hindi pa tapos ang bilangan, at kailangan pang bantayan. Ipinamalas ng ating mga kandidato at volunteers ang tapang at dedikasyon sa ating adhikain. Huwag natin ito bitawan. Paghugutan natin ng lakas ang bawat isa,” she said.

Robredo then called out her fellow countrymen to unite and continue the good fight.

“Marami pa tayong kailangan gawin at marami pa tayong magagawa. Hanggang sa huli, sama-sama tayo sa labang ito,” she said.

  1. hehehe, why Madam bipe?… are you still hoping that a miracle will happen despite a pre-tallied results of up to 97% indicated that your Otchu-otcho candidates didn’t make it to magic 12?…you should change your strategy before from negative campaining to constructive critisism by focusing on the pressing issues, naglabas ba naman kayo ng bicoy at kong ano-ano pa…yan tuloy!
