The Sandiganbayan is set to release its decision on the criminal charges filed against former Sen. Ramon Revilla Jr. in connection with the Php10 Billion pork barrel fund scam.

Based on the supplement order issued by the Sandiganbayan 1st division, the promulgation of Revilla will be on Dec. 7, Friday at 8:30am.

The order was signed by Sandiganbayan justices Efren Dela Cruz, Geraldine Faith Econg and Edgardo Caldona.

Revilla is currently detained at the Philippine National Police Custodial Center in Camp Crame, Quezon City for allegedly pocketing Php224.5 million from his pork barrel fund.

Meanwhile, whether or not the anti-graft court will find Revilla guilty or not, he will still pursue his senatorial bid for the 2019 midterm elections.
