The late Ako Bicol Partylist Rep. Rodel Batocabe will be laid to rest on the eve of New Year’s Day, Dec. 31.
According to atty. Justin Batocabe, son of the late congressman, the remains of his father will be available for public viewing until 2:00 PM on Dec. 31 at the Arcilla Hall in Daraga, Albay.
