President Rodrigo Duterte admits of going to the hospital again.
During his speech at the 85th anniversary of the Department of Labor and Employment at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City on Thursday, the President said that he had a blood extraction on his left arm.
However, the President refused to reveal any more details regarding his recent visit to the hospital and what the exact process his doctor did to him.
Duterte even joked about it stating that when the syringe was inserted to him, instead of blood, the doctor only got air from it.
Meanwhile, people from Malacanang made the clarification that the President had some blood chem test.
This is the second time that Duterte admitted of going to the hospital since he assumed his post as president.
In October, the President was at the Cardinal Santos Medical Center to undergo Endoscopy and Colonoscopy.
This became an issue since then Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque seemed to have been left out of the loop on the President’s whereabouts.
President Duterte was absent during a PAGCOR event in Malacanang and he was represented instead by Executive Sec. Salvador Medialdea.
