PDEA raids another shabu lab in Malabon

The joint forces of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and the Philippine National Police launched another raid at an alleged shabu laboratory in no. 7 Romi 1 St., Brgy. Tila, Malabon City on Monday.

The subject of the operation were alleged members of the Dragon Wu drug syndicate, Wu Peng Cheng and hong Lianyo, alias Marissa.

Based on the report of PDEA, the warehouse was declared as a storeroom for imported cigarettes and other products but authorities found out that it is being used to store chemicals used in cooking and manufacturing shabu.

Operatives were able to confiscate drug paraphernalia and machines but failed to find any finished product.

Also, no one was present during the said raid, including the subjects of their warrants of arrest.

According to PDEA, Marissa started renting the said warehouse for Php15,000 a month in 2017.  The said warehouse is allegedly connected to the other shabu laboratories in Batangas, Tagaytay, and Tinajeros, Malabon that the PDEA raided recently.
