Nu’est finally makes it to Manila

The long wait is finally over as South Korean boy group Nuest is set to perform their first ever concert in Manila on August 31 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

PULP Live World in its social media accounts already confirmed that Manila is one of the tour stops of Nuest’s “Segno” tour.

In line with their comeback, the boys from Pledis Entertainment also released their latest album “Happily Ever After” with their carrier single “Bet Bet” already making waves in different Korean music shows.

Amid debuting in 2012, the group took a break with four members, JR, Minhyun, Baekho and Ren joining Produce 101 season 2, a reality show for male idol trainees.

The four of them, though already considered as idols, had to compete once again with other trainees for the top spot in the said show.

Their lead vocalist, Kwak Youngmin (Aron) was spared from being in the said competition because of a leg injury.

After their appearance on the show, a sub-unit was formed, Nu’est W with JR, Aron, Baekho and Ren releasing an album minus Minhyun who was then part of another group, Wanna One.

The group is part of the highly successful Korean Odyssey soundtrack with their song “Let Me Out.”

In 2018, Minhyun re-joined the group and Nu’est is back again with its complete members.

No further details have yet been released on “Segno” Tour in Manila.
