The northern part of the country will experience rains, the state weather bureau said Saturday.
In its weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Batanes, Calayan and Babuyan will experience cloudy skies with light rains.
Meanwhile, cold weather will be experienced in Luzon due to the northeast monsoon.
Metro manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the eastern sections, Pagasa said.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
