Three members of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) complained about an official of the Manila Police District (MPD) who hurt them amidst the Traslacion of the Image of the Black Nazarene on Wednesday, Jan. 9.
C/Insp. Alden Panganiban, deputy station commander of MPD Station 11, was accused of hitting members of the Regional Personnel Holding and Accounting Unit and Regional Support Unit with a stick.
Per reports, Panganiban got upset after the three policemen from the NCRPO, who were helping in providing security for the procession, did not follow his orders.
The MPD officer has yet to issue a statement regarding the incident.
